We had an emergency leak in my mum's roof. Armadillo came out within 24 hours, sent an emailed quote within 2 hours and arrangements were made for them to start 3 days later. They were quick, efficient and did an outstanding job. This is the second time I have used them as they replaced a flat roof on our property, in the autumn of last year. While the Armadillo quote was higher than some, a conversation with one of the directors, Daniel, convinced me that he understood the specific issues with my roof and would be able to deal with them.  After a few initial communication issues (not helped I suspect by their AI reminders), the work started as promised and continued effeciently despite the rain.  Ryan, who worked on the roof, kept me informed of what they were doing when. They tidied up when finished and gave me a number of pictures along with the annotated quote as a record of the repair. I previously tried to get several roofers to do a small roofing job with tricky access and they all vanished on me.
